I almost feel bad for not sharing anything with my friends out here on the cyberspace net, BUT when I'm ABLE to show you, believe you-me you'll have a lot to feast your eyes on.

I'm still coloring away on the Nanovor comic, which I believe is slated for August or September. I'll let you know when you can get your grubby hands on it. It's coming at you from IDW and Smith and Tinker.

I also finished the hellacious deadline that was for the young readers novel, Hacked! 30 illos, pencils and inks, in 1 week. It was super brutal, but everyone's happy, including myself, believe it or not

In the meantime I'm working on some side projects. One is another coloring gig for Tom Waltz at IDW, and the other is a children's book from myself and The Lady.

Life in Grand Rapids is going really well, and I hope I can remain busy after the Nanovor stuff. I'm still trying to weasel in to Marvel, DC, or Dark Horse, which is nigh impossible, but maybeh someday. One of the great perks of living here now, is the proximity to downtown GR. More specifically KCAD.

I'm going to a public sketch thing sponsored by the Grand Rapids art gallery. I guess they're going to have easels and stuff set up so ANYONE can set up and draw. I thought it would be interesting to try and see what happens.

Also in the unfortunate wake of and moving to Flint, I will most likely be teaching a comic class, or classes at KCAD for Kendall's continuing studies program. I met with the head of the program on Tuesday and things went really well. So long as kids sign up in the WINTER, I'll have a class to teach More on that too when things get more solidified.
